Après nous être occupés de la construction d’un parc à conteneurs en Norvège plus tôt cet automne, c’était maintenant au tour de la Suède voisine. Le plan était que nous construisions les deux parcs, destinés à la société de stockage dynamique Kontain, avant octobre. Après cela, il y avait de fortes chances que l’hiver tombe. Mais malheureusement, cela s’est passé un peu différemment…

En raison de divers obstacles logistiques, les conteneurs ne sont arrivés sur place qu’à la fin du mois de novembre. Et King Winter était là très tôt cette année en Scandinavie. Cela signifiait que notre équipe de construction devait faire face à des températures bien inférieures à -10 degrés et à des chutes de neige lors de la construction du parc. De plus, en Suède, il fait nuit à cette période de l’année déjà à trois heures de l’après-midi.

En raison des rigueurs de l’hiver, notre équipe de construction n’a pas été en mesure de construire aussi rapidement que d’habitude, mais le parc d’entreposage est maintenant terminé. Encore une grande réussite! Et, comme nous nous y attendions, nos conteneurs n’ont pas rétréci…

La construction des deux parcs à conteneurs d’Eskilstuna et de Västeras se déroulera en deux phases. La deuxième phase sera réalisée début 2022, après la période hivernale sévère. Au total, les deux parcs contiendront plusieurs centaines d’unités de stockage.
Kontain est ravi de la collaboration avec USC et de la rapidité d’installation. Nous étions la seule entreprise à pouvoir livrer les conteneurs dans les délais souhaités, mais avec un certain retard. Et nous en sommes très fiers.
